Happy World Stationery Day!

Hi everyone. It’s World Stationery Day! As a child I loved notebooks, matching pencils, little cute erasers. In the 1980s I had adorable ‘Bobby & Kate’ stationery from Tokyo, awesome rainbow & unicorn goodies too.

As an adult I visited Tokyo and it’s a magical, wonderland of cute & quirkiness & stationery heaven. Today I never thought I’d be designing my own stationery! It’s a dream come true! So little did I know back then that I was researching for my future job!

If you have been following my design career, you may recognise the above bunny print. I designed it a few years ago but I am very fond of it and turned it into a notebook.
It’s professionally printed by a third-party printing company and is printed on both sides in brilliant full colour with a smooth finish. I was so delighted to get these professionally printed and I designed the little matching cards that can be used as bookmarks!

This pattern is also a few years old. I entered a design competition and came up with a Carousel Horse theme. Have a look here at how I came up with the idea. I made a repeating pattern of the design and always liked the magical quality of it. People seem to like it too as it’s a best-seller for me.

Easter Patterns & Illustrations

Hi everyone. Happy Easter Monday! Some lovely Easter patterns on the blog today.

I love the colour scheme and the bunny rabbits are just so adorable. The designs on the Easter eggs are great and I love the ‘I scream for Jellybeans!’ quote. It’s such a sweet design from Amy King.

Another cute design from Genine Delahaye. I’m a big fan of hearts and love seeing them. The bunny is very sweet with her rosy cheeks!

Fresh colour scheme. I love the background Easter pattern. It really makes the design. ♡

Cute Easter Designs by Dreaming on a Star

Hi everyone. I’ve been working on some Easter designs. I hope you like them.

Easter isn’t too far away. If you’ve given up chocolate for Lent, it won’t be long until you eats lots of Easter eggs on Sunday! Yummy!

I love bunnies and the Easter bunny is cute and colourful in this Spring colour scheme!

I absolutely adore Spring colours and it’s my favourite time of year for flowers – daffodils, tulips and primroses. Such pretty colours everywhere! ♡

Easter Crafts

Hi everyone. Easter isn’t too far away, so today’s post is about Easter crafts.

I absolutely love this really simple Easter craft from Crafts For All Seasons. It’s an Embroidery Floss Easter Egg. You can find out how to do it, here. (You can also use brightly coloured wools too.)

Look at this cute Bunny Printable Box from Easter Colouring! You can cut it out and colour it in; perfect for kids on their Easter egg hunt!
