Hi everyone. Yesterday I was thrilled to see my Valentine’s Day Squiggly Hearts design on the Tigerprint Homepage.
Tigerprint asked designers to design a Valentine’s image for their rotating homepage. Check out their website here for my design and those of other talented designers. ♡
Hi everyone. I have been busy blogging for other people, so my blog has been a little bit quiet. I just want to keep you posted on what I’ve been up to.
I’ve written another guest post for the fabulous Tigerprint Youblog. I talked about inspirational toys from my childhood. Anyone remember Holly Hobbie, Victoria Plum, the Care Bears, My Little Pony or Rainbow Brite? You can read it here.
I’ve also written a post for Dawn Clarkson of Nice and Fancy. She created a feature called Dream Designs where she asked us to choose our favourite design and a dream application for it. We were allowed to Dream Big! I chose my Quirky Hearts design and applied it to a stationery line at my favourite stationery shop Paperchase.
You can read all about it here on Dawn’s lovely blog.
I have also been asked to blog for another great design blog and will report back when I’ve been featured. So I have been busy blogging elsewhere but not forgetting my own lovely blog! ♡
Hi everyone. I am very excited to say that I have been asked to contribute to Tigerprint’s Youblog. Tigerprint is the design company behind M&S and run competitions to find new design talent.
So it is quite an honour to be asked to join the Youblog team.
You can check out my first blogpost for them here ♡
Hi everyone. I am very excited to be part of a collaboration with 11 other surface pattern designers to create a Free Calendar. The project was run by Majo of MuyMajoBV Designs and we each designed a month. Our unifying element was Pantone’s Spring 2013 Colour Palette.
Today you can download the month of January, designed by Majo herself.
I was given the month of November and my inspiration for the design was Movember and all the quirky moustaches that people have.
You can have a sneek peak at the other designs here, where you can also download a high res version of January.
Feel free to share with your friends.
Thank you Majo for including me in this fantastic collaboration ♡
NOTE – all downloads are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially. Please respect copyright of each individual designer. Thank you ♡
Hi everyone. I have some lovely printed illustrations for sale in my Etsy shop. They are two fairytales – Alice in Wonderland and Owl & Pussycat. I hope you like them. They are available in 3 different sizes and would look lovely in a nursery or on a studio wall. Have a peek here. ♡

Hi everyone. I have been taking lifestyle shots of some of my products. These won’t be permanent, as I’m getting professional shots taken of them. But for now, it’s a bit of fun and gives me an idea of how I want my products to look. I took this photo of one of my bags, French Fairytale in my Mum’s garden. I loved the distressed look of the wall and the miniature roses. I hope you like it. ♡
Hi everyone. I have designed a set of Christmas cards that will be on sale very soon. They are professionally printed on thick 350gsm, FSC credited paper stock and covered in a light satin coating on the outside. I am very excited by these cards and I hope you like them as much as I’ve enjoyed designing them. ♡
