A Spot of Comp Shopping!

Hi everyone. I’d like to share some Comp shopping I’ve been doing these past few months. Comp shopping is when you buy items from your competitors. (Although to be honest I don’t like to see them as competitors. They just work in the same field and there’s enough work for us all!)

These are some of the lovely treats I’ve bought!

This is a tiny folder containing sticky notes in different sizes. I adore the illustrations – so cute and bright.

There is a whole range of lovely stationery – folders and journals with equally gorgeous graphics. I would have bought everything if I had more money!

Fashion Fucsia Magnets

These are super-cute magnets I got from independent seller Fashion Fucsia on Etsy. She creates the cutest characters. I love her Alice and White Rabbit.

Aldi Sewing Tin

I got this sewing tin in Aldi supermarket. I love the graphics on the lid – everything you see on the lid is inside the tin, so you know if you’re missing anything!

Paperchase Owl Journal

My Mum got me this owl journal way back in January. It’s from Paperchase, my favourite stationery shop.

Gorjuss Mini Stickers

And finally I got these super gorgeous mini stickers from Gorjuss. The cute box is only 2 inches tall!
I am a big fan of Gorjuss items  by illustrator Suzanne Woolcott. She creates such a beautiful world with her drawings.

[Unfortunately I was sorry to find out that Suzanne has been ill with a spinal injury that makes her life very difficult. She finds it excruciating to do simple things and drawing takes weeks. She’s had this condition the past number of years. Very sad to hear this and my thoughts are with her and her family to hopefully one day she will get better. ]
